Strawberry Cheesecake Dip (2 Ingredient Dip)

We're one day away from Valentine's Day and my kids are excited about all the fun we are having this week.  Today we are snowed in...yup... we are getting about a foot of snow. (sigh) If it wasn't for Valentine's Day to look forward to.... I would want to fast forward to spring already.  To make the day a little brighter, I made an easy two ingredient fruit dip for some strawberries that I bought for the Valentine's holiday.   This dip was a hit with the kids as they munched up an entire pound of strawberries.  It maybe be cold and frightful outside, but it was all sweet and cozy inside.

Ingredients:
1 brick (8oz) soften plain cream cheese
1/2 cup strawberry jam

Directions:
Whip both ingredients together with an electric blender. Serve with fruit or cake.  Enjoy.

  1. So irresistible! I could definitely see myself snacking on this all summer long. Maybe with graham crackers, too!
